As a lifelong athlete and fitness fanatic, I have studied and trained with world class athletes, coaches and trainers in pursuit of athletic performance at the very highest level. Competing in judo and wrestling since I was 9 gave me an opportunity to travel and compete all over the world. From the martial arts, I moved to endurance sports and pursued running and mountain climbing, completing 20 marathons, including Boston and New York City, and climbing several high peaks, such as Mt. Rainier and Mt. Hood.
I began my teaching and coaching career after completing my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and have guided thousands of students toward a healthy lifestyle through my physical education classes. I have coached hundreds of athletes in judo, wrestling, soccer and track, from beginners to advanced levels.
For the past five years, I’ve been fortunate enough to train everyone from young athletes working to be the best at their sport to business executives wanting to lose weight, increase energy and feel good.
I continually seek to improve my skills so I can provide the most effective training programs to my clients. I strive to stay on the cutting edge of the training industry and demand the highest standards from myself and my company to ensure that my clients are never bored, are continuously challenged to go above and beyond their comfort zone, and ultimately get them fantastic results.
Training Philosophy

I believe that everyone should enjoy the benefits of physical fitness, which enhances our quality of life. The benefits of training come from a well planned, focused program that addresses the needs and goals of each individual. Consistency is the key to a successful training program. In order for people to be consistent, the training should not only be challenging, but enjoyable. I love to see the satisfaction from clients who have learned to move properly through a variety of exercises and are able to see for themselves how their bodies have changed and become stronger, leaner, more flexible and coordinated. I have pursued physical fitness and athletic performance all of my life and it is my passion to help others achieve the greatest possible level of fitness.
