Our Policies

Boot Camp membership will hold place in boot camp by registering online and signing up for recurring billing. Your credit card will be billed once a month for bootcamp. In addition to the convenience of being pre-registered each month with a guaranteed spot in class you will receive member pricing.

If you wish to cancel recurring billing, submit request in writing 30 days in advance.

A one month boot camp class can be purchased at the regular non-member rate. Classes can be joined mid-month for pro-rated cost, provided space is available.

It is the responsibility of the participant to attend all classes that are signed up for during the month. If a class is missed due to issues beyond your control, you may make up the class with another scheduled class during that same month, no carryovers. You must notify the instructor of your intention to make up a class, the instructor will inform you of the classes with available space.

Once a session has started (1st class of the month) there are no refunds. In the event of injury: If a doctor determines in writing that you cannot continue the program, a credit will be given for a future boot camp. No cash refunds. No transfers.

Each participant must be in good health, complete a liability waiver, and state any medical condition that may restrict their ability to exercise.

Focused Integrated Training may require medical clearance before a participant is allowed to begin a program, if it appears that prior medical history, disease, disability, illness or injury is possibly a danger to the participant’s health and safety.

TRX and Spinning classes are sold on a month-to-month basis, no recurring billing, as these classes may be seasonal.

Boot Camps and Classes will be closed on certain holidays, check calendar for schedule.
