Group Training and Fitness Classes

Group training and Fitness classes are offered in Boot Camp and Circuit Training style settings. Both indoor and outdoor training takes place using weights, medicine balls, Bosu trainers, resistance bands, jump ropes, steps, stability balls, body weight exercises and movement drills to work cardio, core, strength, stability, agility and balance for a total fitness package.

Partner Training

Twice the fun and with a price break as well.
Partner training is a great way to stay motivated and help motivate your friend, spouse or family member.
