  • These boot camp/circuit training style fitness classes use both indoor and outdoor facilities and are designed to give the participant a complete workout. Whether you are looking for a fun and challenging way to shed pounds and tone up or add cross training to your existing workout schedule, These classes will work all the major muscle groups, incorporate balance and agility routines, help with coordination and endurance.

    Participants use weights, medicine balls, jump ropes, bosu trainers, resistance bands, stability balls, agility ladders as well as body weight exercises and movement patterns for a complete total body workout that is fun, challenging and varied.
